Unlike most most Slavic expansion models, this is from the West to the East, unlike most that suggest all Slavs started in Ukraine and spread from there.
More interesting is R1a-Z280 (pic related), which relates Polish to Russians. White on this map means 60%+ of the population, so it's very representative of the population. It also includes everything from Iceland to India in a broad sense. This is the source if you want better quality:
