>>16926274yeah I get by, could probably find something better but interviewing and job searching is such an enormous time sink. plus my field is kind of niche, regulatory and compliance for pharmaceutical/cosmetic/food and flavor additive industries. apparently i'm supposed to be promoted to assistant manager of my department but I haven't gotten any guarantee of that, I already do a lot more than what my job title entails. my company is currently merging with several others and I'm now expected to help write new operating procedures and work with a third party developer on the platform that will be used for multiple companies. why they trust me to do this I don't know.
