Get the documentation from the hearing. like what should I ask for, and can I get it from him or do I need something? I have been trying to get recordings from cases and they keep telling me they destroyed every casette tape. i called back 3 years later and was told they didnt destroy anything from 97+.
They keep destroying/hiding whatever evidence. I have evidence that they told me they destroyed ALL the casettes.
