>>19551951Yes, sir, very good. Well, I do suppose it's my fault for not being able to provide you with the convincing argument here, but even without that, I am personally amused by your words.
While no doubt there are societal problems and even the usual shithead behavior in India as there are everywhere else, and perhaps even peculiarly Indian problems, it is yet not the case that "the Indians are evil", or some variation thereof. What is the case is that Indians, on the whole, enjoy (in the neural sense of the word) somewhat low status due the country having lower income than the average Western country and having agreeableness as a cultural value, which causes them to be seen, to reproduce the stereotype without agreeing or disagreeing, as "underhanded buffoons". You no doubt picked up on this stereotype somewhat subconsciously, thus you both think poorly of yourself, and try to perform what you think of as some kind of societal service by "warning the good, White people of the tricky Indians".
You pick up on this so keenly because you are conscientious yourself - the same reason you decry the supposed Indian culture of ""lying, cheating, and stealing or being lied to, cheated, or being stolen from". In reality, this is the culture everywhere, with it being somewhat less the case in the West, admittedly. Though this isn't a free lunch: the West is neurotic and self-loathing to a comical degree, something which you, being in the West, likely also imbibed.
