You couldn't go 5 minutes into a videogame discussion without some faggot claiming Fallout 3 was the best game ever made. The thing is, these games were really good and fun for the time they launched, and it wasn't until after the golden age ended (2016) that gamers became soffisticated, uppity bitches who simply won't shut the fuck up about how "Skyrim was never great". Seriously, every motherfucker and their heroin addicted, incestuous whore of a mother, seemed to have collectively decided to go on YT and make a video about how Skyrim is shit and Oblivion rocks. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was riding Todd's dick 24 fucking 7, until the open world gimmick stagnated.
On Skyrim itself: it is the epitome of Bethesda's game design, it exists in a perfect, pristine limbo of mediocrity. It is immersive enough for those who really want to dive in on it, and simultaneously casual for people who just want to play a few hours after work.
Don't believe me? look at fucking Starfield, that game is Skyrim on fucking steroids mixed up with their Fallout faggotry. If that game had come out back in 2015 instead of Fallout 4, people would've lined up to suck on Todd's chode for miles and miles on end.
