and invited me to join by having me come to the lodge for a "live event" often hosted by the radio station I was working for part time during college
The game dev teams working there who where selling snes games and working on virtual reality gave me their cards so I could join them and the lodge had pamphlets and paperwork on how to join as well as free beer and wings.
So it wasn't just me, it was a recruiting event but I was forced to show up and unsurprisingly one of the few fucking candidates who was there because FUCK THEM
