short-term part of the curve is reacting to Fed's policy correctly. Fed funds rate is supposed to impact only the beginning of the curve, not 10y. 10y has more to do with lack of trust into government's ability to finance their budget. Resulting inflation would only benefit corporations, once again creating a bullish case for stocks.
