I studied for one year and half now... Still can't understand shit when they talk desu (speaking comprehension I mean), Writing comprehension got way better recently tho... I'm really shy about my Korean level, I know it's better than other students at my univ but as you said the average girl in Korean major is cancer.

Thankfully I could skip the first year of bachelor because of my trip, so when I arrived in Korean major only people who had survived a year of univ were here. Still not great clearly. It's incredible because I have the exact same people in my major, crazy fat girls with died hair. And every single girl in my major is obsessed with boys-band and drama, couldn't make any friend because they literally only talk about that, so my main friend at univ is a girl from Hong-Kong that really hates on them too lol.
