i rarely see anyone other than my parents
friends all have kids and keep themselves to themselves
as said get a hobby that gets you out of the house and makes you attractive to the opposite or same sex (i don't know or need to know your sexual preferences)
sitting on the computer looking at porn won't help you get better
you've got to get out of the comfort zone your in
i'm disabled so for me getting out is a fxxking nightmare, plus i suffer from social anxiety among other things, also can't drive (keep thinking about getting lessons)
my thoughts are, you only get one life (despite religion telling us otherwise) so you need to do something positive while your here
take a step back and look at why your down in the dumps, and what you can do to remedy it
you can't be as bad as me
