I think, for one, you need to prioritize the things that are important to you/make you happy, and then find a job that allows you to fund those things that make you happy. You don't need a job that you love, just one that you're good at. I am good at business, so I am majoring in business in uni. However, I love experiencing new cultures and places since all of my life I've lived in the middle of nowhere in the southern US, so I am hoping to get a remote job I can work that allows me to travel about and see the places I wanna see. I obviously get caught up online, since for me I need a car to go anywhere and I just end up staying on my computer, doing drugs, or indulging in anything that keeps me from being bored. However, I will say, any time I'm forced into a new environment with new people, I am less tempted to touch my phone or get on my computer. Internet friends are absolutely real friends, but I think it's important to balance it. I wish I had more real friends, but with where I live, it's really hard. You seem like a good kid, if you just refocus your energy, you can most definitely escape this loop you feel. You're young, and there's still so much time to decide what you wanna do and who you wanna be. <3
