There are going to be some fascists in your society. what prevents them from establishing governements? this is one of the flaws with anarcho-capitalism. it's unrealistic. people would eventually establish a government. it's better to have a government with checks and balances than a tyrannical government. you might get a tyrannical government(a government ruled by isis for example) under anarcho-capitalism. at least with a government with checks and balances, you can prevent that tyrannical government from coming into existence.
