>>2910847Forward head and pelvic tilt generally go hand in hand and over-extend your spine. This leads to back pain when walking a lot , lack of flexibility and even a nice journey to snap city aka herniated discs + loss of limb control.
With the head you generally can fix it easily by standing straight near a wall with every body part touching the wall. Everything. You can fix this pretty easy.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JA3O0NVb-skJust don't look up or bend the head backwards as you can pinch your nerves and dislocate your cervical vertebrae.
Also, if you EVER wake up with a stiff neck don't ever crack it or make fast turns with your head. This is the best way to get to snap city aka lose your hands and feet.
Do head warmups before every exercise: head bend forward and back (but hold the head with your hands and don't let your head look vertically.. just push into your hands. Look maximum left, look max right slowly. Tilt left tilt right .
Do the wall thing every day 5 times if needed.
Once you have a relatively straight head you can do trapezius exercises like very heavy shrugs and stuff.
Every exercise needs to be done in a soft controlled manner. Sudden movements of everything involving the spine means you can end up in a wheelchair or worse, like Stephen Hawking.
Finally, if you work at a computer
> TILT YOUR MONITOR AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TOWARDS THE CEILINGThis will force your head to sit straight as it will follow the best viewing angle of your monitor.
Best of luck
