You might want to practice it with no weight at all, or just 10 lb, to first get a good form memorized. I injured a back muscle starting at 20 lb. Even if I could lift 20 lb with my arms, some back muscles were way too weak to handle it.
This exercise will expose weak spots in your body, so you need to go easy at first and bring them all up to speed.
