you pick a number! lets say 15!
you do 15 jumping jacks, then you do 15 side straddle hops, then you jump in place 15 times (or jump twice per second for 15 seconds) and then you do 15 calf raises!
Then you lower the number by one! so you'll do 14 jumping jacks! then 14 side straddle hops!! etc etc
you do that until you get to zero!!
its a killer calf workout and great after you go on a run!
my favorite from boot camp has got to be the "Total body destroyer" though!
it was such a strenuous workout we only did it once and it was at the last day of basic training!!
