Just make sure you brush and floss. Its a simple thing to do every day and saves your teeth. Another heads up though...you only need a pea sized portion of tooth paste when you brush. That big wave like swoosh you always see in toothpaste adds is another jew scam. They get you to use 3 or 4 times the amount every time you brush, so you have to buy 3 or 4 times more paste than you actually need.
