>>20403327I tend to sleep a lot since I am a neet, though my schedule is not great. I usually sleep from 4-5 am till about 11 am and then again from 4-5 pm till 7-8 in the afternoon. I eat like an animal, do zero exercise, barely even move really, and take antidepressants. I am not fat, not even overweight, though I am quickly getting there. My dreams are almost invariably too vivid for my liking, not nightmares per se but disturbing enough to affect my sleep. I used to have a ridiculously hard time falling asleep and I still wear ear plugs to this day but I have gotten better at blocking the outside world and just falling asleep. I am 28 btw. I never drink coffee, though sometimes I take caffeine pills to deal with headaches
