>>20328522You know the thing that bothers me is authors who had something. Maybe they weren't good but they created a thing that hooked in a lot of readers. They write a couple books that sell well. They then cash in and stop writing without finishing the story. I remain very upset about Patrick Rothfuss. He planned a trilogy. He wrote the first two books. They were hooky like fantasy fast food. He made bank on those two books. Then he stopped. Apparently fucked over his publisher, too.
