Notice how I could say "your English is absolute horror" or "your English is an absolute horror" and mostly keep the same meaning, while "your English is absolutely a horror" sounds more dramatic and like I turned absolute(noun) into an adjective or I am confirming someone's question (Is the Pole's English a horror? Yes, it absolutely is) and I should instead use "your English is absolutely horrendous" for something closer to the first use. In this case, absolute is an adjective that takes nouns, while absolutely is an adverb that takes adjectives. Since "shit" is mostly accepted as an adjective in place of "shitty" you could use both absolute or absolutely in that sentence and have both be perceived as adequate by most speakers. Still, I'd discourage the use of "absolutely shit" as it may create ambiguity as to which one of those cases you're trying to use, and because it normalises further simplification of the language.
