If you mind finding a distribution not under the control of (((Red Hat))), (((Poetterware))) or the (((Linux Foundation))) it is not easy.
Arch couldn't jump fast enough onto the systemd bandwagon. That always made me suspicious about Arch. Don't laugh but before Ubuntu was infected with this I would say Ubuntu MATE is quite nice, perhaps build from a minimal installation. But that was until/including 16.04 but you have to manually deinstall systemd and install sysvinit. Aaaand your defauit display manager won't work without systemd. So you'll need manually startx or use xdm or alternatives.
However technologically Debian is very cucked today. This cdrkit/cdrecord shit years ago and otherwise they don't give a shit about their users. Or are not allowed to anymore. (read ALL OF IT ==>
https://igurublog.wordpress.com/ I *believe* he writes some truth, perhaps not everything. Also shows a sad state when he writes about BSD's Poul Henning-Kamp (phk) about NSA and etc. and he's on point but phk being an eurocuck he believes in the government to solve the problem. Also ultimately phk was extremely cucked and extremely SJW in the latest FreeBSD CoC fiasco.)
In the very end:
Devuan, Alpine Linux, OpenBSD, NetBSD, Linux from Scratch, I dunno maybe even OpenSUSE or Ubuntu. The first four are serious mentions.
