This is a bait thread but here's the answer- no matter how much it makes roasties seethe, men can just pursue younger women. Roasties who refuse to 'date down' are not anything I will ever care about, because I'm not dating a girl who ignored me 5-10 years ago and is now getting desperate enough to date 'lesser' men in her mind. She can just fall into a ditch and die. You either catch a husband when you're young, or consign yourself to competing against the next generation of women for men who will always prefer a 25 year old to a 35 year old.
