I don't watch very much anime, I enjoy how it looks but hate a lot of Japanese storytelling conventions (Japanese comedy is also atrocious, my favourite western show is Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and I doubt any Japanese person would get the show. To any Japanese posters, do you like Aqua Teen?). It's the inverse of the problem I have with western animation.
I wish we got more east/west collaborations like Space Dandy.
