>>19404372Start walking, when it's not hot out you can easily burn around 1mil extra calories daily and it's very energizing. You don't even need to go out or have machines, I have 2 different models and still prefer walking in circles. You can walk while you eat, while you post, read, anything really. Heavily recommend unless you're trying to gain weight, it's what humans did in nature after all.
In the summer I don't walk nearly as much and feel very tired by comparison.
