Take a shower.
Clean something, even a little.
Eat something that's not junk food/drugs.
Stage 2: Personal Maintenance
Meditate for at least 10 minutes once a day. Youtube videos can help.
Have a light exercise routine in your room. The goal is to do it every day or every other day.
Go outside 6 days of the week, even if it's to take out the trash. Fresh air is surprisingly effective.
Stage 3: A job keeps you from rotting.
Create a resume. If you don't know how, google "how to make a resume".
Go on Indeed or another job search website and try to apply for service sector jobs (these would be the easiest ones to get).
Repeat until you get an interview offer.
Remember, regardless of the result, all interviews are practice.
If you get a job, try your best, show up on time, and if a mistake happens then be honest and sorry about it. This will get you pretty far.
