So his only options now are try it again, force himself to die in the hospital, or spend 10 years in jail. Wow. Fuck I feel bad for him. I don't even think weed should be legalized per se, I just think giving out sentences for doing a minor drug that has less documented effects on health than alcohol is ridiculous. Give him a fine and a therapist, not fucking 10+ in the cell.
