This absurd notion that somehow because we "abandoned" Christianity the west has degenerated to its absolute modern state is completely disingenuous and comical. Christianity led us to exactly the point we're at today, all by design. The very factions that are today attempting to bring about "revelations" are the descendants of the very ones who wrote it into the bible. It remains the most masterful example of subversion in history and so long as it retains its status in the west as an actual legitimate metaphysical/spiritual position then the west will never be truly free.
