But I have to admit that you're undeniably touching on something that has always been a problem for CDPR. The communication within the studio is non-existent. Each part of the story for instance will be assigned to a different team and those teams will barely ever interact, which leads to huge fluctuations in quality, tone and direction that are especially noticeable in a big game like Witcher 3. Then they have to scramble to put everything together and inevitably run out of time. Add to that the fact that like half the original core staff left in the time between 2 and 3 being released, and it's no wonder the studio ended up in the kind of position they did with Cyberpunk.
