Iran should create a country called the 'United Zoroastrian Republics of Persia' containing Iran as well as the historically Iranic territories of what is now Xinjiang, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iraq and Bahrain.
