Hello there. I am tired of myself.
>>8367647Hello there, I think we might have something mutual.
If that's you Cowby, I want to tell you that I went to the gym and felt like going through hell, with a great sense of no progression and overall few "why's" ᶦᶠ ᵗʰᵃᵗ ᵐᵃᵏᵉˢ ᶦᵗ ᶫᵒᵒᵏ ᵃᶰʸ ᵇᵉᵗᵗᵉʳ⋅
You said that you are disgusted by how weak you paint yourself in yar mind, but..
Have you ever tried going to the gym with a mindset just to unwind a bit, even if you feel rather tired mentally, rather than going there with hopes for better tomorrow? Not awaiting something non-stop makes it feel easier all the time. Today I also met some fat dude that went on a treadmill a few minutes after me and started with something around 11 km/h. I was fearing if he won't collapse or something but he kept going and kept going and did not stop for thirty minutes straight.
What the fuck are those people made of, I don't know, but dude must have heart of a horse.
Oh and if you aren't Cowboy then pardon my entire long-post.
>>8367607Would an Internet conversation make you feel any better~?
