Cirno suffered from being rushed (only made in a week) and was very large, causing it to be somewhat empty. This time we intend to take as much time as we need on the map while seeking as much input as possible. For the plugins, we're removing McMMO (entertaining but ruins the balance of the game) and placing restrictions on teleportation. The restrictions on teleportation are for the sake of giving infastructure and large civilizations reasons to exist. We're also allowing players to fight eachother in all areas but spawn and to go to war, but this will not be an advertised feature and is for the sake of resolving problems. Doge coin will also be less inflationary, as doge coin was very inflated this time around and anime maps were given out too freely. Finally there'll be no spawn shop and player shops instead will suffice instead. I can't think of anything else for now as we're still at the drawing board.
