They wanted to dump it into Poland because transport grain throw various countries, by rail and truck, is incredibly expensive and would eat away profits.
But Poland doesn't want it because:
1. It would severely hurt the farmers, like, Poland would need to subsidize them, or they could go bust.
2. Ukraine allows a lot of pesticides that are not allowed in developed countries.
