today might have rallied, but it's on blind optimism: people still aren't working, trade is still shut down and despite the seeming "calm" the virus is still steadily spreading. whatever it does for the next few days, i see it remaining volatile or falling again until the shutdown is ended and trade/travel restrictions come off. i hope the former happens immediately but the latter should remain for some time
