I can instantly see his problem, he's the funny goofy guy of his circles, from the women's perspective he's childish, they're fine with hanging out with him and goofing around but none of them will ever have a romantic feeling towards him, you can never allow yourself to appear childish in front of women, you always have to maintain a dynamic where they're children and you're the adult, pretty much you being a father and them being your daughters, women only respect a father figure and first they have to accept you as a father figure to start having romantic feelings
