But it is also very low effort and just wants to come see me every half an hour before returning to its chair in front of the window. It hates all other cats and will spend 16 hours a day just sitting there, staring at them. If I pay any attention to other cats at all it will hiss something rotten and scratch me when I walk past.
This is why I call it "it" instead of her. She would make a better pair of slipper than a companion cat and I mean that.
