>>10315763well it's hard to tell which are causes and which are effects or if it's all circular but colleges are just seen as personal preference here. outside of ivy league schools nobody cares where you went once you graduate. private schools can get you better opportunities just because employers are more likely to look to them fore people to do internships and whatnot but the barrier to entry for those is cost, not high school performance.
