Another really good source for info on this stuff is Bright Insights on youtube. I've been binging his whole catalogue of videos and he is really on point with all his data. He seems like a respectable former soldier with a good head on his shoulders, which is nice. He doesn't come across as a neckbeard schizoposter at all, his videos are very very well produced.
I'm not gonna say the evidence is incontrivertible but the math in my head, the probability map, of whether the sun really will fuck us up by 2046, and If I was a betting man, I would bet that it will.
