Although I'm fairly sure it would be very inefficient..
Only a few healers could gather orbs at the same time and overall, if you have 20 healer classes in your raid (Druids, Paladins, Priests, Shammans) then you should really invest into Warriors, Rouges and Mages or Affli Locks instead of forcing them to spec for healers.
