1. Light skin.
2. Non-black hair.
3. High compassion.
4. High intelligence.
A Swede, Dane, Norwegian, Scotsman, Englishman, Dutchman, German, or Frenchmen (of the northern regions of France) generally will have these traits. But an Italian or Iberian will almost certainly not. And exceptions do not alter the group. Italians are violent, unintelligent, dark skinned, black haired people.
