I believe the U.S., due to it's size should divide it's power up among the states, each having their own militias and fighting forces whom also work together for the collective whole. A change that wouldn't be as hard as the other ways.. also divide ny into NYC and new Amsterdam because I am sick of being overtaxed so assholes downstate can virtue signal..
