Chilaquiles happen to be one of my favourite breakfast dish. My brother tried to make his own after egging him when he saw me making some. I noticed he chose the wrong chiles, chile de arbol. So I saw him blend a hellish liquid inferno. Given his obnoxious machismo display he likes to exhibit, I decided to bide my silence waiting for him to take a bite of his caliente concoction. Needless to say, his ego kept his tongue swollen and the tears said all.
Did you make the chilaquiles yourself? Red, or green? They are not supposed to be spicy, regardless of the salsa.
