Combat training. Intuitively, learned, instincitively or spiritaully, you must learn this. The methods? Look to the four words I've said in the previous sentence, know their meanings, then know how to apply this upon combat. How will you learn, how will you know? That is up to you. I am always up for more worthy challengers in the field, honourable or dishounourable indeed, as they are..... as (You) are.
