Noon-ish Breakfast, lads.
Bowl has a bunch of fried veg, chicken and egg.
Spring roll and wonton on top mainly to sit it somewhere without it falling. (With sweet chilli sauce in the little tub)
Some rice and couscous with spring onion bulbs .
Some cornbread I'm trying out.
Drink? Half an energy drink. (I drink it for the PLOT!)
Tea? Rooiboss tea.
tl;dr: I made most of it, besides the fries and spring roll + wonton, the smoked paprika on the fries was me though.
How I made it. (In order.)
Oven, for 15 minutes:
Smoked Paprika fries. Spring roll and wonton
Frying pan in parallel to those 15 minutes:
First 5 minutes medium-high:
broccoli stem and florets
small yellow pepper
3~ inches of a carrot.
2 radishes
^ all sliced up small first.
Put in bowl.
Next 5 minutes medium-high:
shredded up chicken
spring onion stem and blades
quarter red onion
Put that on bowl
Next 3 minutes on MEDIUM:
chicken skins
on 4th minute, turn frying ring off
on 5th minute, put the egg in. (I kept the skins in this time so it merged with the egg, I can confirm it is tasty)
Microwave at 7 minutes remaining relative to oven food:
rice and couscous in to boiling water with the spring onion stem white, bulb and roots.
at 2 minutes remaining, put in to microwave.
Done.
