in short. It's okay to feel sorry for yourself. Bad things happened to you, and just because bad things happen to others doesn't mean what happened to you didn't count.

I have no idea what you are doing with your life, all i can say is get out and enjoy the sun sets. maybe even get into astronomy. It's one of the coolest hobbies out there (get Stellarium, it's free). Often i'm done with life but for some reason i can always motivate myself to go out and watch the sun.
