It's customary and natural for men to approach women. Obviously, a woman might approach a man on occasion. But what you, and I've noticed, the entire Western civilization have obsession with is NORMALISATION.
You feel a lack of normalcy, and thus both leftists and rightists obsess over "normalizing" stuff. Communist degenerates want to normalize miscegenation and faggotry, rightists want to normalize blind hatred, and incels want to normalize, well, inceldom. And you also want to spread your backwards ways to the rest of the world.
All of these things happen, rarely but they do. We shouldn't try to shun them / promote them, but rather ignore.
If I hadn't read this, and saw a girl flirting with a guy just like that, I wouldn't blink a fucking eye. But you want to change customs, it's your obsession as a Westerner to destroy pillars of society. You could never implement libertarianism, nor totalitarianism, because you are individualists who want to impose themselves upon others. You either go your own way and ignore the rest, or believe in community and impose your will upon everyone else. The middle ground is decadent, sort of like "I am a free individual and flawless, so I will change other people's way of thinking". That is snowflake tier.
