Celts are a much wider group that encompasses all western europeans, they were the bulk of the indo european population
Brythonic people are indo europeans and they are part of the celtic group, but so are gauls, galacians, galicians, raenians, helvettes, italics, latins etc, just to name the major groups
there were in excess of 200 celtic major celtic tribes in all of europe so naming them all would be quite a waste of time, what matters is that europeans today get the bulk of their genes from celts, the genetics of western europe have not changed at all in the last 3000 years
