>>17627162whats with the straps bro ,we are reaching levels of retardation that shouldnt evne be possible , i have worked out for over 10 years , i am an old head , and i have come to reallise that if you need straps or belts to hold your belly in , or to keep your bicep tendon from tearing apart , you are doing it wrong and you are just autistic about moving weight and thats why all the people that move that much weight end up looking extremely unhealthy and forgetting the main reason workouts were even invented .
