We've had some good conversations, of course we've disagreed on a few things, but as adults you can actually discuss with the aim to understand each other. I know, shocking.
I've only ever had one unpleasant(ish) experience, and that's the tendency, during meals, to talk all at once, rather than giving each other a listen.
