This is basically a physical representation of the mental gymnastics Josie does. She can only live with herself because she doesn't care about anyone but herself. Maybe when all of her loving fans hates her she might have a moment of self reflection, but I doubt it. She will never recognize she's an immoral person who's going to hell.
