It is true that women by nature are passive. It makes sense instinctually, that you avoid pissing off people much bigger and stronger than you. Women are also more nurturing and emotional by nature as well, meaning they're much more affected by people being upset with them in any way. It's why they'll continue talking to men they don't like, pretend they like things they don't, etc. That last one often backfires, but it's not entirely irrational at its base.
However, these women and various jews have fought very hard to make us equal to men, in a very sloppy fashion in which important differences between the genders are not recognized.
That means these women do not deserve any sympathy or some sort of special consideration for a gender-specific tendency.
It can be difficult to assert yourself in circumstances where you are inherently more vulnerable and it feels more unnatural to do so than it would for a man. But it is still a decision consciously being made.
By the logic of feminists, women should be able to ignore this behavior pattern and change it to fit modern contexts, and believe that it no longer has any benefit. This is what they insist men should do regarding their assertive and competitive nature. If the feminists want things to be equal in such a cartoonish manner, this means giving up privileges that recognize a woman's vulnerability.
