For me it's putting my own hand on my pulse, it reminds me that I'm alive and I continue to live with each moment. and thus I deserve love because i think everyone deserves it. I'm not saying you should do just that, but try to find something that you can use to divert your attention from the bad stuff and that can make you feel happy at least for a little bit.
There are gonna be days when you can't make yourself happy no matter how much you try to. That's totally fine as well, it's normal with depression. But do your best not to let these thoughts get the best of you, if it's possible. You need to practice a lot of self-care to remind yourself, whenever your intrusive thoughts telling you that everything is bad, that life is good and that you deserve so much happiness. You should also see a proffessional for help.
