I would scour Bandcamp for talent and pay new artists their first royalties. I would hire and use actual DJs to compose playlists. I would shit all over the faggots at the CRTC and only play Canadian content based on how good it is, not to meet minimums. I would still do the mandatory radio spots to announce the stations four letter radio code, but I would add that the CRTC made me and nobody gives a fuck if the station is WRXC or CHFY or whatthefuckever.
I would, in short, give FM radio it's final breath of air before XM rightfully destroys it.
